Privacy

Last updated 16 September 2026. Applies to every Izuba app and to this website.

In short

  1. No Izuba app asks you to create an account.
  2. Pekoe, Patina and FERA keep your data on your device and send nothing to us.
  3. Tea Tidy is free with ads. It uses two third-party services, an analytics service and an advertising service, described below, and it asks your permission before any cross-app tracking.
  4. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you and to delete it.

1. Who we are

Izuba LLC ("Izuba", "we") makes the apps listed on this site. For any personal data described here, Izuba is the data controller. You can reach us at hello@izuba.co or through the support page.

2. Apps that keep everything on your device

Pekoe, Patina and FERA store what you enter on your device, in the app's own storage and, where you have turned it on, in your iCloud account, which Apple operates under its own privacy policy. These apps contain no analytics, no advertising and no account. We receive nothing unless you write to us.

3. Tea Tidy

Tea Tidy is free to play and is paid for by ads and by optional purchases. It uses two services from other companies. Each has its own privacy policy, linked below, and each receives only what is described here.

3.1 Gameplay analytics, GameAnalytics

To understand how the game is played and where it breaks, the app sends events to GameAnalytics (GameAnalytics ApS, Denmark): which level was started, cleared or failed, how many moves it took, which boosters and offers were used, when a purchase was made and which product it was, whether an ad was shown, crash reports, and technical details such as device model, iOS version and app version. These events are tied to a random identifier the app creates on first launch. They contain no name, no email and no payment details. GameAnalytics privacy policy.

3.2 Advertising, Google AdMob

Ads in Tea Tidy are served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). To serve and measure ads, Google receives your device's advertising identifier when you have allowed tracking, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you interact with ads. Rewarded ads only play when you tap a button that says so. Interstitial ads play between levels and can be removed with a one-time purchase. Google privacy policy and how Google uses data from apps that use its services.

3.3 Tracking permission

After the third level, Tea Tidy shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you allow it, Google may use your device's advertising identifier to choose ads based on your activity in other apps. If you decline, ads still play, chosen without that identifier. You can change your answer at any time in Settings, Privacy and Security, Tracking.

3.4 Purchases

Purchases and the weekly Tea Pass subscription are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see your card or your Apple ID password. We receive an anonymous receipt that tells the app what to unlock, and a record of the product bought goes to the analytics service in section 3.1.

3.5 Attribution

Tea Tidy uses Apple's AdAttributionKit, which lets an ad network learn that an ad it showed led to an install, without identifying you to us. The signal is sent by Apple and contains no personal data.

3.6 Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app schedules one local reminder on your device when your lives are full. Nothing is sent to a server for this.

4. This website

This site is static pages served by our own web server. The server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, browser, time) for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting. There are no cookies, no analytics scripts and no third-party embeds.

5. Support email

If you write to us, we keep your message and our reply for as long as needed to help you and, afterwards, for up to two years for our records. Please do not send passwords or payment details.

6. Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and Tea Tidy is rated for older players on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Because our apps hold no account, the data we can act on is limited to support correspondence and to the analytics identifier described in section 3.1. To exercise a right, write to hello@izuba.co. For data held by Google, use the controls in your device's settings and Google's own tools.

8. Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and a change that matters to you is announced inside the app concerned.
