A purchase did not arrive
Open Settings in the game and tap Restore purchases. If the item is still missing, write to us with the level you were on and the approximate time of the purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The Tea Pass keeps renewing
The pass is a weekly subscription managed by Apple. To stop it, open your device's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel Tea Pass. The current week runs to its end.
The "watch an ad" button is missing
The button appears only when an ad is ready. With no connection, or when the ad network has nothing to show, it hides rather than fail. It comes back on its own.
Lives
One life returns every 30 minutes, up to five. Tap the heart to see the timer. If you allowed notifications, the game tells you when all five are back.
