Terms of use
In short
- Our apps are licensed to you for personal use on Apple devices you own or control.
- Coins, lives and boosters in Tea Tidy are part of the game. They have no money value and cannot be cashed out or transferred.
- The Tea Pass is a weekly subscription that renews on its own until you cancel it in your Apple account settings.
- Purchases are made through Apple. Refunds are requested from Apple.
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Izuba LLC ("Izuba", "we"). They cover the Izuba apps, this website and our support service. By installing or using an app you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
2. Licence
Each app is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms and Apple's usage rules, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute an app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms other people.
3. Tea Tidy, the free game
Tea Tidy is free to download and play. It shows ads and offers optional purchases. Nothing in the game requires a purchase to be finished. Levels, lives, coins and boosters work without a connection; ads and purchases need one.
3.1 Virtual items
Coins, lives, boosters, extra slots and pass rewards are virtual items with no value outside the game. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another person or account, or refunded once used. They are tied to the device and to your Apple account, and we may change how they work as the game develops.
3.2 One-time purchases
Coin packs, the lives refill, the continue offer, the piggy bank and the removal of interstitial ads are bought once through the App Store at the price shown before you confirm. "Remove interstitials" is restorable on any device signed in with the same Apple account, from Settings in the app.
3.3 The Tea Pass subscription
The Tea Pass unlocks the premium track of the weekly pass. It is an auto-renewing subscription: the period is one week, the price is shown in the app before you buy, and payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation and again at the start of each new week unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current week ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your device's Settings, under your Apple account, Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current week continues to its end. Rewards already claimed stay yours.
3.4 Ads
Rewarded ads play only when you choose them. Interstitial ads play between levels. Whether an ad is available depends on the ad network, so a rewarded button may not always be shown; when it is not, the reward it offered is not owed.
4. Purchases, prices and refunds
Every purchase is processed by Apple under Apple's terms. Prices may differ by country and may change; the price shown in the app at the moment of purchase is the one that applies. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
5. Content and availability
We may update, change or discontinue an app or a feature. Where a change removes something you paid for, we will tell you in the app and, where Apple's rules allow it, make it right.
6. Warranty and liability
The apps are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that they will be free of faults or always available, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the apps. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
8. Changes and contact
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions go to hello@izuba.co or the support page.
